Robert H. informed that PI/CPC supplies literature to rack in clubhouse and DUI schools.
Phil will no longer organize and provide DUI speakers.

Laurie informed us that libraries have 12x12 and BB we need to keep up with them, next month Laurie will give a report on previous PI/CPC work.
Laurie will pick up materials from intergroup office off of HWY 80 across from Farmers Market and Robert will provide Laurie with a list of needed materials. fill out the form and what we took from intergroup office.
Robert will inventory pamphlets.

Terry will restock meeting schedules in downtown hotels

Kathy spoke about website, would like website to match paper schedule. Contact Shelia B. intergroup chair recommended redoing website, remove links to alanon website.

We currently have PI/CPC reps from Early Bird, Garden City, All in One, Savannah Group, and Hats Off. Robert will organize a chart of other groups in District 5 to get more groups involved in PI/CPC.

PI/CPC will find out about paying rent to the clubhouse.

Next PI/CPC meeting third Thursday in May, Thursday, May 15 at 6pm at the clubhouse.
